About Mengyuan Studio · MENGYUAN EDIT

Hello,

I'm Rona. I studied film and theatre directing at the Beijing Film Academy and now work as a video editor. In 2022 I founded Mengyuan Studio in Hangzhou.

Since then I've made account content for founders and brands in beauty, home renovation, jewelry, tea drinks, restaurants and interior design, along with corporate films, store videos, short films and AI shorts. The flagship accounts I've run on Douyin, China's TikTok, have earned 3.9M+ likes, and the short film "The Veteran" won Best Editing at the Youth Micro-Film Festival.

Directing taught me to work out the story before I cut. Running accounts taught me to care whether a video gets watched to the end, shared, and turned into customers. I handle every project myself, from understanding your business to the final cut.
